‘Absolutely delighted’ - new managing director for care provider with sites in Boston and Wyberton
Mandy Jackson has taken on the role at Tanglewood Care Homes, which includes Hunters Creek care home, in London Road, among its portfolio of properties, as well as Avocet House, in Wyberton.
Mandy began her career in the care sector in March 1995, starting as a care home administrator for Bupa in a 150-bed care home. Nine years later, she was promoted to home manager.

Hide AdShe then continued her upward trajectory to regional manager, and in 2012 left Bupa to take two consecutive operations director roles with family-owned companies.
Mandy joins the business at a time when it is focused on expansion and growth.
Tanglewood’s target is to operate more 600 beds in Lincolnshire by the close of 2022. With new homes now in development in Louth and Grantham, it is on track to meet its objective.
Mandy said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining such a passionate team and I am so looking forward to us achieving the Tanglewood vision together.”
