TEN YEARS AGO: Celebrations at Sutterton school as watchdog finds ‘significant improvement’
The education watchdog reported ‘significant improvement’ since the school federated with Swineshead’s St Mary’s CofE School in 2007.
It awarded the school a rating of ‘good’ – the second highest grade available to inspectors – for its ‘overall effectiveness’ and ‘capacity for sustained improvements’.

Hide AdThis was up from its previous rating of ‘satisfactory’ in 2006.
Executive headteacher Rob Little said: “The process of federating and being able to join with a school like Swineshead has opened up so many opportunities that we are able to offer the children of both schools.”
