Here we see youngsters from Seathorne Primary School, in Skegness, making a donation of 300 cans of soup to the Salvation Army’s Witham Lodge ‘Life House’ 10 years ago.

The items – collected by the school as part of its harvest celebrations – would be distributed among homeless people in the town as part of Witham Lodge’s HOPE (Helping Other People to Evolve) project.

Pictured with the children are project workers Lee Airstone and Carol Grey.
