Not guilty plea to charge of failing to give sample

Monday, 2pm - DARIUS Voroblevas, from Boston, has pleaded not guilty to failing to give a breath or blood sample after being stopped behind the wheel.
The 27-year-old Lithuanian was stopped by police on July 22.


The Browns Road resident was released on bail when he appeared at Boston magistrates' Court on Wednesday.


He will return for trial on October 17.
