Tuesday, 4.30pm - FIVE-year-old martial artist Thomas Thornhill has successfully passed three gradings in less than a year.
Thomas only began taking kickboxing kung fu classes last August.

But since then he has successfully passed his white, yellow and orange belt tests.

Thomas, from Eadyke Road, Friskney, first took up the sport when dad Nicholas decided the personal discipline that comes with martial arts would be good for him.

"I never knew he'd take to it like this," he said.

Thomas trains at the Grosvenor Road Club, Skegness, on Sundays.
